-Fees are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances, including but not limited to: Absence Travel Medical reasons Personal commitments Examinations by student or parent Discontinuation by student or parent
-Missed classes do not extend the fee cycle.
-The fee reserves the student’s dedicated time slot, faculty scheduling, and academy resources for the duration of the enrolled cycle.
-Fee policies are uniform for all students and exceptions are not ordinarily entertained.
-Each fee cycle runs for a fixed duration as defined at enrollment.
-Timely submission of fees (Guru Dakshina) is an integral part of discipline, respect, and continuity in the learning process.
-Fee cycles continue irrespective of attendance, examinations, travel, illness, or personal breaks.
-Students are enrolled for a fixed schedule (e.g., once or twice a week) and are expected to attend all scheduled classes regularly.
-A minimum attendance of 4 classes (or 4 hours) per month is required to remain formally active.
-However, persistent attendance below the enrolled schedule (for example, attending 4 classes when enrolled for 8) will be treated as irregular training and may affect continuity, progress, and continuation of classes at the academy’s discretion.
-Regular attendance is essential to maintain rhythm, discipline, technique, and progress in dance training.
-Examination periods, coaching classes, school activities, travel, illness, and personal commitments are considered part of the student’s own scheduling responsibilities and do not pause or extend the fee cycle.
-Students arriving more than 15 minutes late may not be permitted to join the class depending on the session progression, discipline structure, and safety considerations.
-Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance whenever possible.
-Requests are subject to faculty and academy schedule availability.
-Last-minute cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice) are treated as missed classes.
-Missed classes may only be rescheduled within 7 days of the original class date, subject to prior request and faculty availability.
-Unused classes beyond this period will automatically lapse and cannot be carried forward, accumulated, adjusted, or refunded.
-Make-up classes are offered solely at the discretion of the academy and are subject to faculty availability.
-The academy does not guarantee alternative slots for every missed session.
-Students may take a maximum of two exam breaks per year, each not exceeding two weeks.
-Students must inform the academy in advance regarding examination schedules.
-Exam breaks are treated as temporary pauses in attendance and not as pauses in the fee cycle.
-Classes missed during approved exam breaks may be rescheduled later, subject to availability and academy discretion.
-Repeated, extended, or unplanned breaks may affect continuity and progress in training.
-Dance training involves physical movement and carries inherent risks.
-By enrolling, students/guardians confirm that the student is physically fit to train.
-The academy is not liable for injuries during classes, rehearsals, workshops, performances, or practice sessions.
-Students/guardians are responsible for maintaining personal health and accident insurance.
-Students are expected to maintain: Discipline Punctuality Respectful communication
-Parents and students are requested to maintain respectful communication across WhatsApp, phone calls, email, and social media interactions with faculty and academy representatives.
-The academy reserves the right to discontinue training if conduct, regularity, or communication disrupts the learning environment.
-Scholarships or fee concessions are offered selectively, based on merit and academy discretion.
-Such concessions do not override attendance, fee, or conduct policies.
-Decisions are final and non-negotiable.
-The academy may capture photographs or videos for: Website Social media Promotional material Festival, press, and archival use
-Enrollment implies consent unless a written opt-out request is submitted.
-A minimum notice period of 30 days is required before discontinuing classes.
-Fees once paid for an ongoing cycle are non-refundable and non-adjustable.
-Repeated absenteeism without communication may lead to discontinuation of training at the academy’s discretion.
-The academy reserves the right to revise policies when necessary.
-Continued training after updates implies acceptance of revised terms and policies.
