Popularly known as the “Bhajan Samrat,” he has represented Indian musical traditions across prestigious international platforms for decades. His association with Strings ’N’ Steps brings immense artistic inspiration and cultural prestige to the institution.

Amarendra Khatua is a distinguished Indian diplomat, poet, and former Director General of the Indian Council for Cultural Relations (ICCR). A former Ambassador of India to Argentina, Uruguay, and Ivory Coast, he has contributed significantly to India’s cultural diplomacy and international cultural exchange. His guidance strengthens the institutional and global vision of Strings ’N’ Steps.

Ustad Akram Khan is a respected tabla maestro associated with the rich tradition of Hindustani classical music and the Ajrada gharana. Known for his rhythmic depth and accompaniment across classical and collaborative performances, he has contributed extensively to the preservation and presentation of Indian percussion traditions.

Sangeeta Majumder is a Kathak artist, performer, educator, and founder of Strings ’N’ Steps Academy of Performing Arts. With extensive experience in performance, choreography, workshops, and international collaborations, she is known for creating interdisciplinary artistic productions rooted in Indian classical traditions while engaging contemporary audiences.

Neel Ranjan Mukherjee is a Hawaiian guitar virtuoso and an empanelled artist of ICCR. A disciple of legendary sitarist Pandit Debu Chaudhuri, he is known for his melodic expression and collaborative work in Indian classical and fusion-based productions. His musical direction forms an important part of the Strings ’N’ Steps Performing Group.
Dr. Jiwan Bala is a respected academician and former Professor associated with Punjabi University, Patiala. Her guidance and mentorship contribute to the academic and research-oriented dimensions of Strings ’N’ Steps, particularly in the areas of arts education, literature, and cultural studies.
Zuheb Ahmed Khan is a leading young tabla artist of the Ajrada gharana and represents a rich lineage of Hindustani classical percussion. Trained under eminent gurus including Ustad Akram Khan and Ustad Hashmat Ali Khan, he has performed widely across India and internationally with renowned classical musicians.
Preetam Guha Roy is associated with the administrative and organisational coordination of Strings ’N’ Steps, supporting institutional planning, communication, and operational management.
Aritra Sengupta manages communication and coordination for Strings ’N’ Steps, assisting with artist liaison, institutional correspondence, and outreach activities.
