Student & Fee Policy

1. Enrollment

Admission is confirmed only after submission of the registration form, applicable payment, and acceptance of academy policies via signature or digital consent.

2. Fees & Refunds

All course and module fees are collected in advance and are non-refundable and non-transferable for any reason, including discontinuation, absence, medical situations, injuries, or schedule conflicts. The academy does not make financial exceptions.

3. Attendance & Rescheduling

Students must complete a minimum of 4 classes (or 4 hours) per month to remain active. Missed classes may be rescheduled within the same or following week if slots are available. Requests must be submitted at least 24 hours in advance (ideally 24+ hours). Missed sessions cannot be accumulated beyond 2 weeks unless approved as a medical pause.

4. Health & Liability

Dance training involves physical movement and carries a risk of injury. By enrolling, students/guardians confirm the student is physically capable to train. The academy is not liable for injuries sustained during classes, rehearsals, or performances. Students/guardians are responsible for maintaining their own accident, health, and hospitalization insurance.

5. Media Consent

The academy may capture photos or videos for use on its website, social media, promotional material, newsletters, and festival/press archives. Enrollment implies consent unless a written opt-out request is submitted.

6. Conduct

Students are expected to maintain discipline, punctuality, and respectful communication. The academy may discontinue training if behaviour disrupts the learning environment.

7. Scholarships

Scholarships are offered selectively based on merit and academy discretion. Decisions are final and do not override academy policies.

8. Policy Updates

The academy may revise policies when needed. Continued training after updates implies acceptance of revised terms.
