
Strings ‘N’ Steps is an internationally acclaimed performing arts collective founded by Kathak virtuoso Sangeeta Majumder. It seamlessly blends the grace of Indian classical dance with the melodic richness of string instruments—particularly the Hawaiian guitar by Indian Classical music Maestro- Neel Ranjan Mukherjee and expands into Indian classical vocal, saxophone, keyboard, piano, sitar, flute, and other versatile Indian and Western instruments.
This pioneering concept creates a unique dialogue between rhythm and melody, tradition and innovation, movement and sound.
Originating from New Delhi, India, and having performed globally, the ensemble is celebrated for its emotionally charged presentations, technical brilliance, and deep-rooted storytelling through Indian classical forms.
